Two years ago, on my way back from college, I saw a blind woman asking for directions to a particular disability trust. The person from whom the blind woman was trying to seek directions didn't seem to be very sure of the address. I approached the woman and realised that I very well knew where the disability trust was located and how one could get there. Instead of just orally directing the woman, I walked with her to her destination. We had a nice, long chat on the way. Once we reached the trust, I remember the woman thanking me profusely. I also remember feeling extremely grateful to God for giving me an opportunity to help someone and make her smile :)

  1. If every person thinks and acts the way you have done, imagine what a world this would be. There would be miles and miles of smiles.

  2. There are hundreds of opportunities that pass by everyday to generate smiles. You may have crossed at least 50 people today as you went about your daily chores. Can you recall how many smiles were generated because of you? If you can count them on your fingers - thats a good start - we have miles to go - i mean smiles to go after
